Cube, Dreamtex, Kinnerton, Kokomo and Spearmark to Create Products Around New Landmark Series, to Premiere in 2018 on BBC’s CBeebies Channel

LOS ANGELES AND LONDON – JULY 12, 2017 – Sutikki, the kids and family division of Bento Box Entertainment, today announced another group of new UK-focused licensing partners for Moon and Me, the upcoming preschool series from Andrew Davenport (Teletubbies, In the Night Garden).

Today’s news follows Sutikki’s recent announcement of the first wave of preferred partners for the brand, as well as news from earlier this year that Hasbro and Scholastic are on board as global partners for Moon and Me.  Partnerships with these newly-announced category leaders – Cube, Dreamtex, Kinnerton, Kokomo and Spearmark – were led out of the Sutikki UK office by Territory Head for the UK and EMEA Stephen Gould, in conjunction with company co-founder Andrew Kerr.

As a result of these deals, a variety of products will be made around the Moon and Me brand.  These range from mobile games and apps from Cube to lunchware, drinkware and tableware from Spearmark.  Dreamtex will be creating a variety of linens and home products including duvet covers, pillow cases, curtains, cushions, blankets, towels, bean bags, rugs, wallpaper and borders.  Kinnerton has secured licenses to create seasonal and year-round confectionary products.  And health, beauty and bespoke dental lines will be developed by Kokomo.

“We continue to partner with best-in-class licensees as we prepare for a thoughtful launch of Moon and Me consumer products in the UK in 2018. Excitement about this brand only continues to further build and grow amongst the licensing trade,” said Gould.

About Moon and Me

Moon and Me was developed by Davenport, the creator of award-winning global preschool franchises Teletubbies and In the Night Garden. Inspired by well-loved tales of toys that come to life when nobody is looking, Moon and Me is the comical story of a special friendship between two characters from completely different worlds.

Moon and Me will combine the latest production methods with traditional storytelling, comedy and music to create a beautifully constructed picture-book world especially for today’s preschoolers. Moon and Me will premiere on BBC’s CBeebies in the UK in 2018. It is being produced by Sutikki and Foundling Bird, with Sutikki overseeing global distribution and merchandise licensing.
